Tech and IT-related job vacancies make up 12% of all open UK job vacancies, with more than 100K open vacancies per month it is the fastest-growing sector. At the same time, the Tech sector struggles to attract diverse talent and even less so build a diverse talent pipeline to fill these desperately needed skills. So this leads us to ask...

How do we get young people interested in STE(A)M.

How can we help them understand and acquire the skills needed to thrive in Tech related Industries and become successful members of the workforce?

How will this need to change in the near future?

Do we have the infrastructure in place to deliver what our economy needs?

How can education outreach help us bridge the Gap?

If you are working in talent development, career education, employability, workforce development or have a passion for helping young people have a brighter future & closing the UK skills gap then please join us to take part in this open discussion to find the answers...
