Whether it be a sporting icon, an NHS nurse, or Grandma, role models are essential in inspiring the next generation.

Role Model Week invites primary school students to dress up as their role model and make a £1 contribution to our Futures4Students Fund, to support our work, inspiring all young people to reach their potential.

Primary and secondary schools can use this week to discuss why role models are important and invite a role model from our free platform to speak to your students. The week also encapsulates Ada Lovelace Day, an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and aims to encourage more girls into STEM careers.
