The launch offers young people a free, one-stop shop for collaboration between employers and young people through their teachers and lecturers, improving the volume, access and quality of engagements between employers and education. The roll out follows Founders4schools having now been endorsed by the CBI, Careers and Enterprise Company, Nominet Trust, Royal Society and the Federation of Small Businesses.
Founders4Schools provides personalised guidance to teachers throughout the school term delivering to educators who use their services significantly attainment and aspirational gains.

Our Vision
At Founders4Schools, we combine data-science with the power of local communities to ensure that young people have at least four encounters with employers each year while they are between the ages of 13 and 16, and 140 hours of work experience placements between the age of 16 and 18. This provides them with the knowledge and insights to make informed decisions about their future. 96% of students say they have felt inspired by speakers Founders4Schools’ has enabled them to meet and 100% of teachers who use our services recommend them to others.
How it works:
Founders4Schools takes inspiration from practices common in the financial services, recruiting, film and advertising industries and uses them in the world of education and employability. Educators who choose to use our services receive personalised advice that enables them to ensure that their students receive 4 student-employers per annum and students who use our service receive personalised guidance until they have gained at least 140 hours of work experience in a variety of settings between the ages of 16 and 18.
Scottish services:
